Balsamic Steak Marinade

 

Ingredients:

1/2 c balsamic vinegar

1/4 c red wine vinegar

1/4 c worcestershire sauce

1/4 c brown sugar

1 Tbsp minced dried onion

1 tsp dried thyme

a shake of red pepper flakes

1 Tbsp roasted garlic powder

 

Directions:

Mix together, pour over meat, let sit at least one hour, but it is best if you let it marinate overnight.

Leftovers are delicious too! Great with leftover horseradish cheddar mashed potatoes!

i made this w/hanger steak (on sale for 2.99/lb!) - this may be my new favorite steak! so tender and tasty!! the leftovers were great and still so tender! yum!
