Dutch Pancake
Light and fluffy, like a cross between a pancake and a cream puff. Yummy with butter, maple syrup, powdered sugar, or jam.
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
2 Tbsp. butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. In medium bowl, beat eggs until light colored and thick. Add in salt, flour and milk. Mix well. Butter a 10" pie plate and pour in batter. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serves 4.
