Easy Tuna Chowder

Ingredients:

1 can Tuna, in water.

1/4 Cup diced potato

1/4 Cup corn

1 Tbsp butter

1 Tbsp flour

1 Cup milk

Directions:

Drain tuna. Put tuna, potato, and corn into a saucepot. Cover with water, and bring to a simmer. When the potatoes are done, remove from heat. (You can do this in the microwave in a microwave proof container if you prefer.) Meanwhile, in another saucepan, melt butter. Whisk in flour. When dissolved, slowly whisk in milk to make a white sauce. Add tuna and vegetables and enough of the cooking water to make a nice chowder consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
