Loaded Hashbrowns

 

Ingredients:

1 bag shredded hash browns

2 onions, chopped

1 lb bacon, sliced

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F. Heat a large cast iron skillet. Unwrap bacon and lay on cutting board. With a sharp knife, slice through all strips making 1/4" pieces. Put in heated skillet and cook until crisp. Remove bacon pieces. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent. Add hashbrowns to the pot, and stir in cooked bacon. Season to taste. Put skillet into oven and cook until hash browns are golden and crispy on top and bottom.
