Peanut Penne

 

Ingredients:


1 lb box of penne pasta, cooked and drained
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts, grilled and cubed
1 Cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 bottle Bangkok Padang Peanut sauce
3 garlic cloves
1/2 Cup heavy cream or milk
1 Cup parmesan cheese, shredded

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk together peanut butter, peanut sauce, garlic, cream and 1/2 cup of parmesan. Add in hot pasta. Put into 9 x 13" baking dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup of shredded parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 or until cheese is lightly browned.
